In 2011, I started NOIR as a simple video production company producing short promotional videos for small businesses in Denver. Over the years as the team and talent grew, we have evolved albeit a few times over into a creative agency that produces but not limited to; feature films, documentaries, TV spots, and ADs for the digital world.
